Christina Luebbert

Christina Luebbert is a registered professional engineer and certified floodplain manager with Shafer, Kline and Warren (SKW) in their Columbia office. She joined SKW in 2007 after working for Jefferson City as their stormwater and floodplain manager (2002-2007). She currently works with several MS4 communities providing compliance assistance. Earlier in her career and now again with SKW, Christina has also worked as a site development engineer helping her see all the perspectives when developing stormwater regulations.
