Mr. Simon is a Civil Engineer for the Missouri Department of Natural Resources, Water Resources Center (WRC). Mr. Simon has 8 years of experience in water resource engineering projects in Missouri, the last 4 of which have been with the WRC.
During his career, Mr. Simon has served in a variety of capacities for water resource projects including Zone A and AE flood plain modeling, dam safety inspection, review of construction permits for new and existing dams, and breach inundation mapping on dams. Mr. Simon received a BS and MS degree in Civil Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology (Formerly UMR) in 2002 and 2004, respectively.
