Raymond H. Frankenberg II, P.E. PLS, CPESC, CESSWI, CFM:
Ray graduated from the University of Missouri, Rolla in 1981 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He is a licensed professional engineer in 20 states and a licensed land surveyor in 5. He has designed and supervised numerous projects of all types including shopping centers, industrial developments, municipal infrastructure, subdivisions, storm drainage, parks and recreation and many others. He has served many communities on flood plain management and storm drainage issues.

Ross E. Henson, A.I.A., CPESC:
Ross graduated from Drury College, Springfield, MO in 1988 with a Bachelor of Architecture. He is a registered architect in Missouri and Illinois. He has been a project manager for BFA, Inc. for over 15 years and is involved in the design, permitting, and regulatory approval for many of BFA’s projects.
